This talent was originally a Pyromancer Class Skill called Phoenix's Rebirth during Alpha Testing.
It later returned in Closed Beta 2 with the introduction of the new Talent System under the name Vital Stone.
It was finally renamed to back to Rebirth as part of Chapter 2's Talent Update, presumably for a combination of historical and lore reasons.
